Overlooking Lake Arenal, the Vista Bonita Arenal mountain home boasts a five-suite, five-bath, two half-bath luxury villa staffed with two full-time employees, situated on a beautiful one-acre lake-view estate.

The villa includes a main residence with four lake-view suites, a separate lake-view owner’s suite, sports bar, infinity edge pool with heated spa, and a multi-car garage with an employee’s apartment. The main residence has two levels: the main level features two suites, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, Zen Water Garden, two waterfalls, and a living and entertainment area. Upstairs, there are two additional suites and a large terrace. The second floor is open to below with a 25-foot ceiling that overlooks the kitchen, dining, and entertainment area. It also houses The VBA Gallery, showcasing original Costa Rican works by local artists. The separate Owner’s Suite building includes a larger suite with a private bath and patio. The sports bar offers a wet bar, pool table, foosball, and two large-screen 4K TVs with Premium Sky Satellite so you can watch all your favorite sporting events live.

VBA’s two full-time employees are dedicated to making your stay carefree, relaxed, and comfortable, providing daily maid service and additional amenities such as cooking and laundry. Professional massages can be arranged by reservation.
